If you are looking for a personal trainer, a renewed workout schedule, or just motivation to get yourself back in shape, I would love to help you out! 

I will help you get in the shape you want and exceed your goals for fitness.  If you are a beginner, I will help you achieve a well rounded level of fitness that works with your schedule.  If you are an elite athlete, I can help you get to the next level in performance.  And everyone in between, I will work with your existing plan and build you a new, fun, and schedule based routine to meet your fitness goals.

Please feel free to contact me for questions or to set up an appointment.  I can do online personal training for those not in the Front Range area of Colorado (Fort Collins/Loveland/Greeley).  For local folks, I do a free consultation and then three 1-hour sessions for $99!  

I also do group training sessions (up to 4 individuals), group boot camp sessions (up to 10 people), in-home and outdoor training sessions for those who's workout preference is outside of a gym. 


I specialize in the following areas:
-Marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10K, 5K training plans and assistance in gaining a new PR.  
-Endurance cycling training
-Circuit training (core, upper body, lower body, conditioning and cardio)
-Core strength
-Plyometrics
-HIIT (Interval Training)
-Trail running and racing preparation exercises, running plans and training circuits
-Strength and conditioning for all athletes (including swimmers, cyclists, motorcyclists, climbers, etc....)
-General fitness for those that don't know where to start, or need a change in their existing routine...I will get you on a new or renewed track to fitness to accommodate your body type, schedule and goals!  In-home or outdoor options are a good way to get started. 
-Fitness for students of all ages.  A good workout is proven to help you study and retain information better (increased cognitive function with activity = better grades!)  
-ADHD activity plans/programs for all ages.
-TRX (certification date is May 13, 2012...I can't wait to start using this!)


If you feel you need nutritional advice, I can help you find balance and provide basic nutrition information to get you on the right track.
